New winter menu & wine list
Head Chef Marcus Turner has focused on produce and flavours ideal for cooler temperatures in the new winter menu.
"After a long, hot summer, people are looking to make the most of the dining pleasures of the cooler months, so we are focusing on slow cooked meats such as suckling pig and beef cheek; cold climate herbs and vegetables and comforting desserts like rhubarb tart and espresso crème brulee," says Marcus.
“We have really improved the depth of the wine list to match the calibre of the food,” says Nicole Blums, Food and Beverage Manager. There is more tribute paid to Australian viticulture and regions, a greater variety of wines by the glass and a select offering of unique wines and current vintage champagne.
